Home workouts with Mr Motivator

These 3-minute workouts will help you get moving and are suitable for a range of abilities and sight loss conditions.

They are all audio led and therefore fully accessible, with a mixture of seated and standing exercises involved.

Each workout can be done separately, but you may like to try combining some of the videos to create a longer workout. We recommend always doing a warmup first.

3 Minute Easy Warmup with Mr Motivator

If you are unsure where to begin or want to prepare for a longer workout, try out Mr Motivator’s warmup. Warmups are designed to increase your heart rate and therefore your blood flow, helping to increase flexibility and range of motion.

3 Minute Stretch Workout with Mr Motivator

Stretching increases your muscle blood flow and can decrease your risk of injuries. If you want some light movement exercises or to stretch at the end of your workout, this could be the perfect one for you.

3 Minute Leg Workout with Mr Motivator

If you want to burn some calories while strengthening and building muscle, this 3-minute leg workout could be a great place to start. This can be a light workout or more intense, with both seated and standing options.

This cardio workout includes various exercises to get you moving and help increase your stamina. Cardio is also known to help strengthen your heart and can help boost your mood.
