Our emotional support service is provided by trained Eye Care Liaison Officers (ECLOs) who offer emotional and practical support to help people experiencing sight loss, their families and carers get through these times.
Our Sight Loss Advice Service can offer support on matters like welfare rights and other concessions, employment, eye conditions and support available from other organisations.
If you’re blind or partially sighted, our employment team can provide specialist support and advice to help you find work or to stay in your job if your sight deteriorates. We offer real life practical advice and support if you are looking for work or want to change your career.
Our Children and Youth Service provides support for children, young people and their families to enjoy the same rights, responsibilities, opportunities and quality of life as those who have full sight.
Our community access workers support people who are blind or partially sighted to enjoy their local community services, such as the local leisure centre, shops or library.
