Hammond Court - Supported Housing

Hammond Court is a supported housing centre for people with sight loss and is part of Vision Norfolk. It offers 20 purpose built flats, a residents’ lounge and tranquil, well-kept gardens, enabling residents to live independently with support from on-site wardens. There is a lively programme of activities and outings. Residents also organise their own social occasions, such as a Friday film night where each brings food to share.
