Everybody looked a bit nervous, but we soon got to know each other and then went on to learn lots of different ways on how to cope with sight loss. It's definitely the best thing I've ever done. - Hazel Kelly
You can join a course either by phone or group video call. Once it's safe to do so, we'll resume our face-to-face courses across the UK.
Our phone groups can be a short session on a single day, or take place over three, four or six consecutive weeks, with one or two sessions a week. Each session normally lasts between 60-90 minutes.
Our video calls are six sessions, up to 90 minutes each, which take place over six consecutive weeks.
Our face-to-face courses are either one or two full days. Two-day courses may take place over consecutive days or across consecutive weeks.
We're working with some local sight loss charities to deliver more courses and increase attendance opportunities. We'll let you know if a course in your local area is being delivered by a local sight loss organisation.
We run courses throughout the year and across the UK. To take a look at upcoming courses and to book, please visit our Course Calendar.
