Counselling and Wellbeing Support Groups: Age–related Macular Degeneration are for adults of all ages, who are experiencing sight loss.
This 8 week course is about touching on practical tips, but it is more of a therapeutic support group. It will be facilitated by a trained counsellor, and it is aimed at giving the participants a safe and confidential space to share how their sight loss impacts their lives emotionally as well as practically and to give them the opportunity to meet other people who are also having similar experiences.
Time and day
Thursdays from 15 January to 5 March 2026. From 2:00pm to 3:30pm.
