The key focus of this free and informal group is increasing independence and confidence.
During this four-session course we will look at what ‘confident living’ is and ways to make your home work for you.
We will discuss the five fundamental concepts of bigger, brighter, bolder, audio and tactile and then apply these throughout the home, discussing equipment, adjustments, adaptations and skills.
We will also discuss hints and tips for safety, security, cleaning and gardening.

This phone group is open to all residents of the UK.

Every Monday from 15 January to 5 February, 10am to 11:30am.
