How could the Personal Independence Payment (PIP) assessment be improved?

Soon the UK Government will be reviewing the Personal Independence Payment (PIP) assessment, led by the Minister for Social Security and Disability, Sir Stephen Timms.

To help RNIB prepare and ensure blind and partially sighted people can meaningfully shape the review, we want to hear your thoughts on the current PIP assessment and any ideas you have for improving it.
