Starting your journey to getting active isn’t always easy, but the benefits make it worth it.

From boosting your mood, to improving your fitness, there are plenty of ways to get active. If you want to start by exercising on your own, there are lots of activities you can get involved with including walking, working out at home or even playing golf – all of which can be adapted no matter your level of sight.

Workout from home

Home workouts can get you started on your active journey as it gets you moving, but from the comfort of your own home.

We have teamed up with Mr Motivator to create a series of free home workouts which are suitable for a range of abilities and sight loss conditions.
