RNIB Strategic Lead for Employment, Martin O'Kane, has spoken to the O2 Business blog to discuss how UK businesses can support blind and partially sighted people in the workplace.

This easy to follow article spells out the four top actions that any business should consider to make their workplace more inclusive of people with sight loss.

Martin told the O2 Business blog, “We’re now working later in life. So the chances of an employer having people with sight loss is growing all the time. If these people leave because employers don’t know how to help them then they are taking their skills with them. And businesses may find these costly to replace.”
