Paulina hears from Emma Moody from the Lake District National Park about how we can enjoy the great outdoors without barriers thanks to their Miles Without Stiles project. Paulina speaks with single mum Amanda and Sight Scotland’s Debbie, to hear how one, perfectly timed call helped Amanda get back on her feet. And finally, Andy Shipley returns with his latest Sensory Reflections. This month he wants us to listen out to more birdsong and also abstain from cutting grass!
