Speed Draw to win a £100 Marks & Spencer gift card

  1. The cost of each ticket entry into the RNIB raffle is £1. You may purchase more than one ticket but the maximum number of tickets is one hundred (£100) per draw. Payment to enter the raffle must be made in advance of the draw date. Any payment received after the draw date will be treated as a donation. The maximum combined value of RNIB raffle tickets and RNIB Feel Good Friday Lottery (RFGFL) entries you may purchase in any twelve-month period is £1,000. The maximum number of tickets you may purchase by telephone entry is fifty (£50) per draw. The maximum number of tickets you may purchase by online and postal entry is one hundred (£100) per draw.
  2. The promoter of this Speed Draw is Royal National Institute of Blind People. A registered charity in England and Wales (226227), Scotland (SC039316) and the Isle of Man (1226). Also operating in Northern Ireland. A company incorporated by Royal Charter. Registered in England and Wales (RC000500). Registered office Grimaldi Building, 154A Pentonville Road, London, N1 9JE.
  3. RNIB employees, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with the administration of the Speed Draw are not eligible to enter.
  4. There are ten £100 Marks & Spencer gift cards to be won in this Speed Draw.
  5. The Speed Draw closes at midnight on Friday 3 November 2023. Entries received after this date will not be considered.
  6. Entry into the Speed Draw is conditional on the purchase of at least one ticket in our Christmas Raffle. Conditions of entry are listed below:
    1. Subscription Raffle players who have tickets for the Christmas Raffle will be automatically entered if direct debit payment has been taken by the Speed Draw close date.
    2. E-Ticket players will be entered if tickets have been purchased by the Speed Draw close date.
    3. Postal players will be entered if tickets and payment have been received by the Speed Draw close date.
  7. One entry per person.
  8. All entrants must be 18 years or over at point of entry.
  9. You must live in Great Britain or Northern Ireland.
  10. The Speed Draw will take place on Friday 10 November 2023.
  11. Winners will be published on the RNIB Raffle website within 10 working days of the draw date and the prizes will be sent via post within 20 working days.
  12. The winners will be chosen at random from all entrants who have entered under the conditions above by the Speed Draw closing date.
  13. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered. RNIB reserves the right to replace prizes with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary to do so. We make no representation or warranty in relation to prizes provided and limit any liability, to the fullest extent permitted by law, in relation to any prize, its fitness for purpose, or otherwise.
  14. RNIB reserves the right to cancel, void, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
  15. We reserve the right to refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
  16. The prize in non-negotiable and not redeemable for cash or other prizes.
  17. Insofar as is permitted by law, RNIB, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of accepting the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of RNIB, its agents or distributors or that of its employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
  18. The Laws of England and Wales shall govern the interpretation and/or enforcement of these terms and conditions and RNIB, and all entrants, hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
  19. The decision of RNIB regarding any aspect of the Speed Draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
  20. Any queries should be directed to RNIB by telephone on 0330 002 0051 (open 8:30am to 6:30pm Mon-Fri). RNIB operates a complaints and feedback procedure which is available on our website and by post on request or upon you calling our Fundraising Enquiry line on 0330 002 0051. All complaints and feedback will be handled in accordance with the procedure.
  21. RNIB is committed to respecting your privacy and will only use your personal information for the purposes of administering this Prize Draw or where we have a legal basis to do so in accordance with the GDPR and our privacy policy.
