Our Products for Life Store consultations are a great way of finding out about the products we offer, and give you the chance to try and view before you buy.
With our Products for Life Store consultations you can view and try products from our catalogue before you buy them. We can provide guidance and instructions and set up items so they're ready to use when you get home.

Please book your appointment so that we can schedule time to help with your queries.
Our online booking system is available for you to book a 30 minute phone session with one of our Product Coordinators – Derek, John or Louise. We're able to offer you face-to-face session in store and if you don't live nearby or can't make it into the Stores, we can have run a video session if you have access to Microsoft Teams, or a speak on the phone.

Our London store is a five to 10-minute walk from three nearby train stations: King’s Cross, Euston and St Pancras International.
Please note, as of the 1st of April 2024 the Products for Life Store in London will no longer be accepting cash.

As from 14 November we will be in our new building. Our Edinburgh Products for Life store is temporarily located at Moulsdale House, 24D Milton Road East, EH15 2NJ, and can be visited by appointment only.
